Fancy a Portugal trip anyone?

All expenses paid trip to Portugal could be on the cards for a lucky band.

Would your band like to visit the Algarve next May, all expenses paid?

The Portugal News, Portugal’s national newspaper in English organise an International Algarve Fair in May and September every year, details of which can be found at: www.algarvefair.com .

As many of our visitors are English, it's often been mentioned how wonderful it would be to invite a English Brass band to play at the FairPaul Luckman

Wonderful

Paul Luckman, CEO of the publishers told 4BR: "As many of our visitors are English, it's often been mentioned how wonderful it would be to invite a English Brass band to play at the Fair.

Cost considerations may make it difficult to bring over a full band, but we would like to make some contacts with bands who may be interested."

Transport costs

Paul added: "We would pay transport, air fairs (or coach if more practical will the instruments), accommodation and food while here, and if requested, could extend the stay beyond the two days of the Fair so the band could have a chance to see the Algarve as well."
