SWT Woodfalls Band has announced the signing of Jannine Aston to the cornet section.

Rivals

Jannine joins Woodfalls in time for the regional championships in Torquay and she will fit in on the solo cornet bench. She joins Woodfalls from rivals Flowers after spells with Lostock, Besses o’th Barn and Aldbourne.

A spokesperson told 4BR: "Jannine is a quality player who has integrated easily into the front row section. Preparations are well underway for the Area with Dr. Nicholas Childs as we attempt to go one better than the second place result from last year’s contest."
