A larger entry than 2008 will compete at the 2009 National Youth Championships next month.

Once again The Co-operative will sponsor the event and each player will receive a Fair Trade ‘goody bag’ courtesy of the sponsors.

The newly established Training Band Section is sponsored by music publishers Mode for.... and each band in this section will receive a voucher for £100 of music from their catalogue.

The 2009 Championships will see a variety of judges as the organisers seek a mix of new and experienced adjudicator teams.
