Bramwell Tovey has now announced the programme of music that the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain will perform at this year's Great Northern Brass Arts Festival.

The concert by the band will take place at Bridgewater Hall, Manchester on Saturday 11th September at 2.15pm.

Bramwell Tovey will be flying into Manchester from Los Angeles especially for this performance, fresh from conducting that well known other band of his — the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra.

The programme is as follows:

Shine as the Light (Graham)
Comedy Overture (Ireland)
Irish Tune from County Derry (Trad arr. Wright)
Concerto Grosso (Gregson)
Dances and Arias (Gregson)

Tickets are still available for all daytime concerts and the Gala Evening concert which commences at 7.15pm.
