2011 Regional Championships

The full line up of dates has been finalised for all the 2011 Regional Championships — from Scotland to the West of England.

The full line up of dates for the 2011 Regional Contest has been announced.

Scotland & North West

First up this year is Scotland, where the bands will compete for European qualification and National Final glory at Perth’s wonderful Concert Hall on the weekend of the 26th/27th February.

On the Sunday of the same weekend, the bands in the North West will congregate at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.

Yorkshire

The following weekend (5th/6th March) sees Bradford’s St George’s Hall host the Yorkshire Regional Championships, with the promise of a late Sunday night finish in the top section as usual.

Midlands & West of England

The Midlands and West of England Regional Championships will take place on the 12th/13th March at The Civic Hall and Nicholas Chamberlaine Technology College in Bedworth and the Riviera Centre in Torquay respectively.

Wales, London and North

The whole qualification process in brought to close at three venues the following weekend (19th/20th), where bands from Wales, London & Southern Counties and the North of England battle it out for the honours.

Swansea’s Brangwyn Hall plays host to the band’s in the Principality as they battle for European and Harrogate qualification, whilst the Arts & Leisure Centre in Stevenage will accommodate the massive London & Southern Counties regional contenders and the Dolphin Centre in Darlington, the hopefuls from the North of England.
