The death has been announced of one of the most committed and enthusiastic brass players in the Bristol area.

Terry Sim has passed away after suffering a massive heart attack. He was well known as an excellent Eb and BBb bass player, most recently with Portishead Town and Thornbury Bands.

Funeral

The funeral will be held at the South Bristol Crematorium, on Tuesday 22nd December at 10.00am.

A band will be formed of players who knew him as a mark of respect and anyone wishing to join in should contact Paul Field on 07805 061615.
