EBBA is looking for entrants for the 5th European Conductors Competition in Montreux next year.

EBBA is looking for entrants for its 5th European Conductors Competition, which will be held in Montreux in Switzerland between the 23rd and 28th April next year.

European Championships

The competition forms part of the 34th European Brass Band Championships and will consist of two preliminary rounds, a semi-final and a final.

The climax of the competition will take place in Montreux’s famous Auditorium Stravinski, where the finalists will conduct one of Switzerland’s leading brass bands.

Applicants

Applicants must not be born before January 1st, 1976, whilst there are prizes of EUR 3000, 2000 and 1000, as well as special awards for the finalists. All competitors who reach the semi-final will receive a diploma.
