Following on from their stunning victory at St George’s Hall on Sunday, National champion Brighouse & Rastrick has been reflecting on the successful defence of their Regional title.

With a performance that ‘...simply had everything’ according to the judges, Brighouse retained their title in the most thrilling fashion possible, leading Band President Paul Beuamont to tell 4BR: "The band was fabulous: This was without doubt the best contest performance that B&R have played during the 13 years that I have been President. I am immensely proud of the whole team and I am eagerly looking forward to the rest of the 2011 contesting season."
