John Packer Ltd has announced that the winner of the Butlins 'Win David Thornton' competition in association with Sterling Musical Instruments is Paul Clough from the Dobcross Silver Band.

Dobcross were one of 65 bands that entered the competition to try and win the services of the Sterling Euphonium artist and solo euphonium of the Brighouse & Rastrick Band.
