Frank Renton presents the second programme of highlights from the concert which celebrated the 125th Anniversary of British Bandsman magazine recorded in Symphony Hall Birmingham with Black Dyke Band conductor Nicholas Childs.

Their concert included new music by Philip Sparke and James MacMillan, a readers poll winning piece, The Bard of Barnsley Ian McMillan narrated his own text in 'Brass' with music by Philip Wilby and we heard the amazing Australian multi instrumentalist superstar James Morrison.
