Marzella magic boost for youngest Lions

Baritone star Katrina Marzella is to work with the youngsters of the Lions Youth Beginner's Band.

The youngsters of Lions Youth Beginner Band are to benefit from the skills of baritone star Katrina Marzella next month.

Katrina will head to the band on November 6th to work with the 30 or so players aged between 6 and 11.

Katrina’s visit caps off what has been an exciting time for the youngsters, following an exciting quiz night that tested their musical brains against the adults and their forthcoming visit to play at the Newcastle Festival and National Youth Brass Band Championships in early 2013.
