Following her resignation from English National champion Black Dyke earlier this week, 4BR has been informed that tenor horn virtuoso Sheona White has accepted the position of solo horn with Brighouse & Rastrick.

Sheona told 4BR: "I have enjoyed the experience of performing with Black Dyke and wish the players every success in the future.

Although left with n important solo seat to fill, Black Dyke Director of Music Dr Nicholas Childs thanked Sheona for her time with the band.
