The Executive Committee of the South West Brass Band Association has announced that they have secured a substantial Grant for Arts (National Lottery) Award from the Arts Council for England to help with the Association’s Mid-Winter Brass Workshop being held at the West Buckland School, North Devon, on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th February.
