Band Supplies Ltd in Glasgow will be opening their doors to a brilliant new initiative on Saturday 12th April, as they take part in the UK wide ‘Learn to Play Day’.

Turn up for a free lesson

All you have to do is turn up at the Band Supplies store at 13-15 Old Dumbarton Road, Glasgow, G3 8QY, between 10.00am and 2.00pm — with or without an instrument – and you can enjoy a free lesson on the brilliant pBone trombone.

Open to everyone

Stephanie Tennant told 4BR: "The Learn to Play Day is being run throughout the UK on Saturday 12th and is supported by musicians such as Jools Holland, Rick Wakeman, Aled Jones and Evelyn Glennie.

We will have a teacher here in the Glasgow store giving mini lessons on the pBone.

The day is open to everyone, but we want to try and get as many young players as possible to come along and have some fun. Just turn up or give us a call on 0141 339 9400 and we will arrange everything else."
