Belgian icon to lead Festival assault

The highly respected Benny Wiame will lead Festival Brass at the Belgian National Championships later this year.

The Belgium Championship Section band, Festival Brass has announced that they will be working with conductor Benny Wiame for their assault on the National Championships later this year.

Respected

The highly respected composer and former conductor of Brass Band Midden Brabant will join up with the band in September. Wiame enjoyed outstanding success with Midden Brabant over the years, including Belgian National victories and appearances at the European Championships.

Later this year the band will also undertake a concert tour to Valencia and Bunol under the direction of MD Dirk De Caluwe."
