Trevada heads to Wessex

Trevada Music will be helping support the great week of music making at the Wessex Band Summer School.

Trevada Music will once again be heading for a great week at the Wessex Band Summer School which will be held in Sturminster Newton, commencing on Monday 28th July.

Over 200 musicians

Over 200 musicians spend a week of rehearsals in three groups; Brass Band, Wind Band and Training Band under the expert direction of Musical Director Michael Fowles and a team of internationally renowned tutors and conductors, with students performing a wide range of exciting music.

Now in its 45th year, the course is renowned for its friendly and sociable atmosphere and has a long history of nurturing musical talent with the added bonus of improving your skill set and making new friends along the way.

Concerts

The course concludes with concerts for all bands on Saturday 2nd August. The Training Band will start things off on Saturday morning followed by the Brass and Wind Bands on Saturday afternoon.

Both concerts will be held at the stunning Exchange Theatre in Sturminster Newton.
