Vernon Building Society (Poynton) Band finds Livingstone euphonium...

VBS Poynton

Vernon Building Society (Poynton) Band has announced the signing of Seth Livingstone on as their new solo euphonium.

Welcome

A product of Dobcross Youth Band, Seth is currently studying euphonium at the RNCM under the watchful eye of David Thornton. More recently he was awarded one of the 'Most Promising Player' awards at the recent Foden’s Solo Competition.

Seth will be replacing serving solo euphonium Andy Ingleby, who is leaving due to an increase in work commitments.

Band Chairman Gary White told 4BR: "We would like to welcome Seth to the band. He’s a fantastic asset and we are thrilled that a player of his calibre is joining us.

We are sad to say goodbye to Andy. He has been with the band for a number of years and his contribution has been outstanding. We wish him well for the future."
