Irvine & Dreghorn aim for new generation

If you are young and want to learn to play a brass band in North Ayrshire then get along to an open day run by Irvine & Dreghorn Band.

Irvine & Dreghorn

The Irvine & Dreghorn Band from North Ayrshire will hopefully be sowing the seeds for future success as they hold a free ‘Open Day’ between 12 noon and 4.00pm on Sunday 11th January.

Opportunities

The event takes place at their bandroom in Woodlands Pavillion, Woodlands Avenue, Irvine, and is aimed at providing the opportunity for young players to come along and find out more about the fun that can be had in starting to learn to play a brass band instrument.

Welcome

Even if you are a bit older, then the band will welcome you into the fold — so just turn up with enthusiasm and an appetite for brass bands and a whole new musical adventure will begin!
