Bank job a success for Poulton

The next time you go to your local HSBC Bank you may find a familiar sound in your ears as you ask for some money...

Poulton

Poulton-le-Fylde has been working with the HSBC Bank to produce a short documentary ‘fly on the wall’ film about the band to be shown in HSBC branches through its ‘in house’ television channel HSBC NOW.

Worldwide

The documentary focused on bank employee and solo BBb bass player Andy Moore (who, not surprisingly, is also the band treasurer) and was filmed at Poulton’s bandroom near central Blackpool. It has been subsequently shown worldwide in HSBC branches.

The invitation to take part in the film came after Poulton was asked by Andy to play a concert for colleagues and friends in the local branch where he works. HSBC NOW, the bank's TV channel, were there to film the festive event.

Great time

Andy told 4BR: “We had a great time and it was a real privilege to be able to play for my colleagues. I hope they'll be coming to more of our concerts in 2015!"
