The men in the box and the times and places it all kicks off in the Winter Gardens have been announced.

Spring Festival Trophies

The organisers of the 95th British Open Spring Festival have announced further details for the contests which place at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on Saturday 9th May.

Times

The Senior Cup will be the first event to go get under way at 10.00am, as it returns to the Pavilion Theatre this year, with the Grand Shield starting in the Opera House at 10.20am and Senior Trophy in the Spanish Hall at 10.40am.

Adjudicators

The adjudicating team who will make the all important decisions comprises Paul Holland, Adrian Morris, Stephen Roberts, Steve Sykes, Mark Wilkinson and Rob Wiffin. The pairings for each section will be announced on the day.

Registry

Competing bands are also reminded to ensure that all players are registered with the British Open Online Registry, complete with photograph.

As registration forms and photographic ID are no longer required, each player will be requested to report to the registration desk, where the officials will check their details with the British Open Online Registry.

Bands are therefore asked to ensure all their player details are submitted with an appropriate image to Registry Administrator, Colin Johnson.
