The Vernon Building Society Band has announced the signing of Steven Gordon on solo euphonium following the departure of Seth Livingstone.

Steven joins after enjoying a successful five year stint with the Rainford Band where he had previously worked with current Poynton MD, Neil Samuel.

The band has also welcomed back Olivia Samuel to the horn bench following her banding maternity leave. Ex-YBS horn player Steven Atwell who provided much appreciated cover during this period has also taken the decision to continue with the band.
