Foden's all at Sea

Foden's Band has linked up with the renowned indie rock/folk band Sea of Power on their latest release.

British Sea Power

The well known indie rock/folk band British Sea Power has just released its latest album entitled 'Sea of Brass' (above) which will feature Foden's Band.

Critical acclaim

It is the latest release from a band that has enjoyed considerable critically acclaim over the past decade or more — from their first album, 'The Decline of British Sea Power' through their follow-up, 'Open Season' in 2005 and their third album 'Do You Like Rock Music?', which gained a Mercury Award nomination.

Since 2008 the band have been busy touring with numerous television and radio appearances — including brass bands in a number of their concert performances..

It has now been released on general sale and is already receiving critical acclaim. As a result we hope to be able to work with the group in a number of concerts next yearMark Wilkinson

Success

Speaking about release Foden's Band Manager Mark Wilkinson told 4BR: "Following a number of successful concerts with British Sea Power we were approached to record 'Sea of Brass' in January.

It has now been released on general sale and is already receiving critical acclaim. As a result we hope to be able to work with the group in a number of concerts next year."
