Smith to judge at the Bridge

Sandy Smith will be the man to impress at the popular Hebden Bridge March contest this year.

The organisers of the Hebden Bridge March Contest have announced that Sandy Smith will adjudicate the performances at the event this year.

Well respected

A spokesperson told 4BR: "Sandy has helped the Hebden Bridge Band many times and we are pleased that such a well-respected musician has agreed to adjudicate our contest."

The contest is to be held in Hebden Bridge town centre on Sunday 19th June.
