New look for bands taking centre stage at Cheltenham

There is a new look to the stage set-up at Cheltenham this year as Centre Stage makes its mark on the occasion for the bands.

Centre Stage
Thew new look stage banners will be making their debuts at Cheltenham this weekend.

The bands taking to the stage at Cheltenham and the Royal Albert Hall will find a new look awaiting them this year after it was announced that Centre Stage Uniforms have provided the events with brand new stand banners.

Eye-catching

Utilising a colour scheme of grey, silver and red, the eye-catching banners will make their debuts on the weekend at The Centaur in Cheltenham before being seen once again at the banding world's most iconic contesting venue in the heart of London.

Honour

Centre Stage MD Martin Gernon told 4BR: "We were honoured to be asked by Philip Morris to produce the new banners, which is a product line that is becoming an increasingly important part of our business.

We now supply them to all parts of the banding world including the Swiss Nationals, Belgian Nationals and European Championships as well as to leading bands such as Black Dyke and many more."

Framed pennants

Centre Stage also provides the eagerly sought after framed pennants including those that will be hung on the walls of the victors at Cheltenham after this weekend.

"These are superb mementoes for bands,"Martin added, "something that can be proudly displayed for years to come."

A delighted Philip Morris, of Kapitol Promotions told 4BR: "We asked Martin to produce our banners because of the excellent reputation for quality and service they have within the brass band movement.

Despite a fairly short lead time we are delighted to have had them delivered in time for Cheltenham. If other customers receive the same level of service as we did, then they will be extremely happy using Centre Stage."

we have been given permission from Kapitol to take orders from bands and individuals for special 'National' souvenir stand banners, which make a great addition to any bands memorabilia wall!Martin Gernon

Unique mementos

Meanwhile, Martin added: "The Nationals is a unique occasion and experience, and as such, we have been given permission from Kapitol to take orders from bands and individuals for special 'National' souvenir stand banners, which make a great addition to any bands memorabilia wall!

The price per banner is just £35, plus £4.95 postage and package, so please visit our stand at Cheltenham and make your Nationals Finals experience one to remember."
