It's been a busy festive month for Camberley & District Silver Band, with a number of caroling performances given around their local community.

Fund raising

Local shoppers of Camberley, Fleet and Aldershot donated over £700 to the band's fundraising, which will now be shared between the band, which is a registered charity, and the local Frimley Park Hospital.

MD, Chris Alexander, told 4BR: "I'm hugely proud of the money raised by the players this year.

Despite the chilly weather, the band is always made to feel welcome as we entertain shoppers and supporters around the Camberley region over the festive period, and thoroughly enjoys helping everyone get into the Christmas spirit."
