Brighouse Festival set for two days of great music making

The popular Brighouse Festival with its gala concert and great march & hymn tune contest will take place in July.

  The Brighouse Festival has become a popular weekend event for competitors and listeners alike.

This year's immensely popular Brighouse Festival of Brass will take place on the weekend of the 1st/2nd of July.

The two day event gets underway on Saturday 1st July at the Central Methodist Church Brighouse with a Gala Concert which this year features the Wardle Anderson Brass Band.

The March & Hymn Tune contest takes place the following day in the Town Hall Square, starting at 1.00pm, with bands from Championships to Youth level.
