Fresh from the news that he will soon be taking up a new academic post in the USA, David Childs talks to 4BR about the move, his appearance as a presenter on this year 's BBC Young Musician of the Year' programme, and on working on Edward Gregson's new Euphonium Concerto with the composer and Tredegar Band.
