Black Dyke's latest CD release 'Metropolis 1927', featuring the works of composer Peter Graham, has entered the Classical Music Charts.

Compiled by the Official Charts Company, it monitors sales of digital bundles, CDs, vinyl and other formats of classical recordings.

First week

'Metropolis 1927' on the Naxos label has entered at number 25 in the first week following its release.

The CD features recordings of 'On the Shoulders of Giants', 'Radio City', Meditation', Paramount Rhapsody', 'New York Movie' and the title track itself, and features contributions from the London Symphony Orchestra stars Philip Cobb and Peter Moore.
