On a recent trip to Peel Hall at the University of Salford, 4BR Editor Iwan Fox was able to visit a room hidden away at the top of the Victorian building packed with gems of historical brass band memorabilia.
Joined by student Phil Boardman, he finds out more about the items that are being stored ahead of being catalogued and curated for future historians to enjoy.
