Sovereign Brass continues to rejuvenate their playing ranks with yet more signings.

The latest addition is David Webb on flugel horn. David is well known in Midlands banding for his tenure as a respected principal cornet of the Langley Band, and has joined from nearby Jackfield Band where he was assistant principal cornet.

Thrilled

Chairperson David Hirst told 4BR: "David is an experienced and committed player and we're thrilled that he has become part of the Sovereign Brass family."

Steve Parsons, Operations Manager added: "David is a great addition to our team but the band would like to thank Kim Harries who covered the flugel chair over the summer period".

Sovereign Brass now looks forward to a busy festive period, appearing at the NEC in Birmingham and at several Christmas concerts under guest MD Chris Turner.
