Youthful trio adds talent to Saltash ranks

Three fantastically talented young players recently enjoyed their first senior contesting experience with Saltash Town.

Saltash
The usual suspects! The great new trio with their certificates

Saltash Town has welcomed a trio of great new signings to the Cornish band — with all three youngsters making their debut appearances at the recent SWBBA contest in Torquay.

Terrific progress

Temujin Townson, aged 12 and 7 year olds Alfred Thomas and Neythen Powell-Jones are all members of the Saltash Junior Band and have made terrific progress over the last year, resulting them making their debuts with the senior outfit at the event.

They also thoroughly enjoyed the experience as the band claimed a podium finish in the Fourth Section and were also presented with certificates recognising their first contest by Band Chairman Mathew Thomas.
