Philip Harper will lead the day in Lancaster

Brass Bands England will be holding one of its popular Artistic Development seminars with Philip Harper in Lancaster later this month.

It's a wonderful opportunity to find out more about how to take their band forward, with the event designed to appeal to anyone wishing to explore creative ideas, new artistic directions, conducting ideas and collaborative ventures.

Players will gain a greater understanding of conductor's intentions and direction, whilst conductors will get practical advice on how to communicate with players!

Explore

Delegates will also explore how to enhance their audience experience and advance their band through the wider context of art.

After lunch (provided in the cost) Philip will look at how to maximise the benefit of rehearsals, with the assistance of Morecambe Band, along with the practicalities of maximising your band's social media and marketing reach.
