Scottish Open champion Whitburn has announced that it will once again team up with Garry Cutt for this year's National Championship final at the Royal Albert Hall in October.

The partnership resulted in the band coming third in 2019, ensuring that they pre-qualified for 2020.

Terrific impact

Band Chairman, Charlie Farren told 4BR: "Garry made a terrific impact at Whitburn last year. The band performed very well and achieved a great result, so everyone is excited to be working with him once more as and when the banding movement gets back to normal."

Delighted

In response Garry added: "I'm delighted to be working with Whitburn again. Our third place at last year's Nationals was just reward for the hard work and a collective team ethic that exists in the bandroom and it's something I'm looking to recreate again when hopefully we get back together."
