The growing success of the World of Brass subscription service — wobplay.com — has been enhanced by the recent addition of new releases as well as CDs from the back catalogue of the Polyphonic label.

Landscapes

Cory's eagerly awaited 'Landscapes' release is now available exclusively online for a month before it is also released as a CD.

It contains riveting performances from the world's number 1 ranked band of works by John McCabe, John Ireland, Edward Elgar, Edmund Rubbra and Eric Ball — 'Cloudcatcher Fells', 'A Downland Suite', 'A Severn Suite', 'Variations on the Shining River' and 'High Peak'.

Polyphonic

Also added to the 8500 or more tracks now available for subscribers are releases on the Polyphonic label of releases featuring the music of Goff Richards, Martin Ellerby, Gilbert Vinter and Philip Sparke.
