There is an ideal opportunity to work with Brass Bands England as Events and Communications Coordinator

Brass Bands England (BBE) is seeking a part-time Events and Communications Coordinator. The position (due to maternity cover) is on a fixed-term contract of 12 months, with a total salary of £22,932 pro rata (£18,345). Remote working is suitable for the role.

Event planning

A spokesperson told 4BR: "BBE is looking for an individual who is experienced in event planning, supporting our Events Manager during an exciting year of contests and performances: Bold as Brass Contest, BBE's Elevate programme, Youth Fest, the national Brass Band Conference, the Brass in Concert Championships, and Youth Champs."

They added: "The successful applicant will be involved from start to finish, managing communications, creating information packs, liaising with artists and venues, and working closely with the marketing department.

They will also be required to attend in-person events across the country."

Applications close on Thursday 13th February at 9.00am, with interviews held over Zoom on Wednesday 19th February or Thursday 20th February.
