This jubilant piece for brass quintet interweaves traditional sounds with a comic, contemporary twist, to provide a cascading, exhilarating virtual walk along the French quarter of New Orleans.

Mosaic of sounds

As the composer states: "Here music is pouring out of every corner, forming a friendly mosaic of sounds — inviting passers-by to hum, parade or dance along."
