  The funeral service for Ted Griffiths will take place on Thursday 15th January

4BR has been informed that the funeral of Edward (Ted) Griffiths, the immensely popular figure in the banding movement in Yorkshire and beyond, will take place on Thursday 15th January.

Service

The service will be held at St Saviour's Church Brownhill, Birstall (WF17 0BU) at 11.30am, followed by a private cremation service for close family only.

The family has stated that all are welcome to accept an invitation to join the family afterwards at The Greyhound Pub, Birstall to celebrate Ted's life and legacy.
