Trumpet and flugel horn soloist Imogen Whitehead has been the featured guest on Radio 3's 'This Classical Life' this week.
The principal trumpet of the Britten Sinfonia was interviewed by presenter Jess Gillam about her musical life — her passion about expanding the repertoire of the both the trumpet and flugel and for quality musical education.

Music featured included works by Mozart and Aaron Copland to Jay Beckenstein, Samuel Barber and Beyonce.
Imogen recently released her own acclaimed album 'Connection' — works by Andy Scott, Peter Maxwell Davies and Stephen Dodgson are also featured
