Kirky's sure fire bets!

Kirkintilloch are set to raise funds for their European Championship appearance in Norway by taking a trip to the bookies!

In an effort to raise funds for their trip to Stavanger in May for the European Brass Band Championships, the 2007 Scottish Champions Kirkintilloch Band are hosting a Charity Race night in the War Memorial Hall Balmuidy Road in Bishopbriggs on Friday 25th January.

Neeps and tatties

It all starts at 7.30pm and everyone is welcome to come and have a fun filled night and help the band raise some well needed cash for the trip to Norway.

As its Burns Night they will also be celebrating with a spot of Haggis, neeps and tatties and needles to say a few wee drams to toast the good man.
