Everyone loves a party

The organising committee for this years New Zealand Championships for the 2008 Festival of Brass have pleasure in announcing a great venue for the all important end of contest social.

AMI Stadium
 

Meredith McEwan of Scenic Circle Hotels recently confirmed that they have negotiated the use of the Scenic Circle Hotels Lounge at AMI Stadium (used to be called Jade Stadium) for the end of contest social event.

AMI Stadium is the home of Canterbury rugby and hosts many All Black, Super 14 and Air NZ Cup games through the winter.

“With the rugby calendar confirmed for 2008 we can offer the venue at no cost to the organising committee. The Scenic Circle Hotels Lounge is a large venue which stretches for the most of the length of the Paul Kelly stand. This is an iconic venue that compliments the Brass Band Championships – an iconic event,” Meredith said.

Bands and band supporters are reminded of the great rates available at three Scenic Circle Hotels in Christchurch.

Room rates from $110 per twin/double room and $25 for extra persons (plus GST)
