Fodens and Brighouse announce their programmes for the forthcoming Northern Brass Arts Festival.

Organiser Philip Biggs has announced the programme of music for the first half of the Gala Evening Concert at the 11th Great Northern Brass Arts Festival which takes place at The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester on Saturday 6th September.
