Robert McCorkell added: "Thomas played with the band as a guest at the Land O’ Burns contest in Troon earlier this year and we are all delighted now to welcome him aboard as a band member. His presence will be a valuable addition to the percussion team. We will watch his future progress with great interest as he undertakes his studies at the RSAMD."
