The St. Dennis Band has announced the re-launch of their Youth Band on Friday 15th January with an extremely enthusiastic Garry Lannie at the helm.

Youth Band rehearsals will take place at 7.30pm until 9.00pm every Friday following the rehearsals of the growing Learner and Junior Bands directed by Amelia Commons.

Heritage

There has already been a lot of interest and enthusiasm surrounding the re-launch and the band already have a core of eager young people lined up to breathe life into the Youth Band which has a very proud and successful heritage — including winning the National Youth Band Championships under the great Eddie Williams in the 1970s.
