Flowers Band has marked its historic 2026 European Championship victory with a special presentation of 'mini' trophies to individual players.

It came six months after their performances of the set-work, 'Alienus' by Thomas Doss and their commissioned own-choice work, 'West Wind — Metamorphosis for Brass Band' by Oliver Waespi thrilled the audience at Bruckerhaus in Linz and saw them top both contest elements to claim the title by a clear three point margin.

The band which has also enjoyed being ranked as the number 1 band in the world is already looking forward to defending their title in Montreux next May.

Each member received a replica of the famous Milton Stevens designed trophy made by Blue Box Goblin, based in Swindon, who helped design, prototype and produce the trophies.
