4BR talks to the organisers as four Yorkshire bands unite in fight against racism in Barnsley.

4BR has spoken exclusively to Sharon Stacey, Secretary of Barnsley’s 'Love Music Hate Racism' campaign, following the news that four Yorkshire bans will be leading the musical fight against racism in the Barnsley area.

Benefits

Sharon tells us about the campaign that will see Brighouse & Rastrick, Dodworth, Barnsley Building Society and Silkstone bands help towards encouraging local organisations to highlight the benefits of multiculturalism in the heart of Yorkshire.

Hate racism

The 'Love Music Hate Racism' campaign concert will take place at The Civic, Hanson Street in Barnsley on February 20th at 5.00pm.
