4BR has been informed of the death of Leonard Old.

4BR has been informed of the death of Leonard Old, Secretary of the Northern Regional Brass Band Trust for over 25 years, who passed away on Saturday 7th August.

His widow has asked for a band to play at the funeral. The service will be held on Tuesday 17th August at Holy Trinity Church Murton at 1.00pm, with cremation at Durham crematorium at 2.00pm.
