Dib, Dib, Dib for Test Valley Brass

Test Valley Brass has been teaming up with their local cub group to foster understanding, fun and hopefully new players...

Test Valley

Andover’s Test Valley Brass recently visited 3rd Andover Cubs for an amazing evening of fun, music, noise – and understanding!

Activities

The 26 cubs listened intently as the band performed music from ‘The Muppets’ and ‘Scooby Doo’ as well as watching a short video of all the other activities the band get up to like ten pin bowling, visiting theme parks, overseas tours and concerts.

Then it was their opportunity to show the band just what they do so well too

The cubs certainly tried their best at playing many band instruments — although it was not clear if this counted to one of their many ‘badges’!

Everyone had a great time and there is definitely a lot of talent within the 3rd Andover Cub PackTest Valley Brass

Great time

Alec Grimsey from Test Valley Brass told 4BR: "Everyone had a great time and there is definitely a lot of talent within the 3rd Andover Cub Pack. We are looking forward to some of them coming along and joining the band."

Fun

Carol Norridge from 3rd Andover Cubs added: "We had a wonderful time. The evening was full of fun and the cubs really enjoyed it. We do hope some of our cubs go along to this fabulous organisation, they certainly get up to some exciting things while entertaining others."
