The death has been reported of the well known musician Eileen Ludlow.

The death has been reported of Eileen Ludlow, a well known and respected former player in south Wales, South West and the North West.

Eileen passed away in Stepping Hill Hospital on the 3rd October.

Sadly missed

Mike Topping who knew her well told 4BR: "I am sure she will be sadly missed by the banding community and by the great many friends who played alongside her for over 60 years."

The funeral will take place 1.45pm at Stockport cemetery.
