The Enderby Band will be welcoming Yamaha flugel horn artist Lucy Cutt as their guest soloist at its forthcoming annual Christmas concert.

The concert takes place at the local Parish Church on 19th December and sees Lucy return after being a tutor on their recent highly successful youth band weekend.

I'm hopeful this is the first of many guest appearances from top players such as Lucy, which I'm sure will help in the development of the bandMD, Simon Gresswell.

Special visit

Musical Director Simon Gresswell told 4BR: "It's important to expose the band to players of Lucy's standing and professionalism, and we're grateful to Yamaha UK for helping to make this special visit possible.
