The Yamaha Neo Ensemble has been showcasing its considerable talents in Scotland.

The Yamaha Neo Ensemble in action in Scotland

The Yamaha Neo Ensemble recently visited Scotland where they took their unique brand of brass music making on a short tour to schools and organisations across the west coast of Scotland.

Under the direction of leader Russell Gray they visited schools from Lochgilphead to Clydebank, ending in South Lanarkshire with members from Coalburn Silver and Leadhills Silver Band.

The following day they travelled to Perth to undertake some education events with Perthshire Council, culminating in a concert in the Perth Concert Hall.

Performers

The group of eight internationally endorsed performing artists were led by Russell Gray, who was joined by the likes of Eikanger Bjorsvik principal cornet Stanley Westh, trombone legend Armin Bachmann and the immense Eirik Gjerdavik for the performances.
